Access to the platform is open to any natural person. The user warrants that the information provided during account creation (username, email address) is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.
Username and credentials are strictly personal and confidential. The user is solely responsible for any activity conducted from their account. In the event of loss or suspected unauthorized access, the user agrees to immediately notify support at support@projetcarthage.com.

All content and assets published on the platform (pedagogical tracks, exercise statements, illustrations, mascots, branding, interfaces, audio, sound design, and source code) are the exclusive property of PROJET CARTHAGE or are licensed under legitimate legal agreements.
Any unauthorized copying, extraction, distribution, or public display constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted under intellectual property laws.
Projet Carthage endeavors to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service availability. However, service access may occasionally be paused or restricted for scheduled maintenance, performance enhancements, or unexpected force majeure events.
